Senior Pastor

Dr. Matt Brogli has served as the Pastor of Eagle Springs Baptist since 2012. Additionally, Dr. Brogli serves on the Board of Directors for the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. He and his wife, Lindsey, married in 2004, after Matt finished his undergraduate from the College at Southeastern and Lindsey returned home from studying abroad in France. Matt graduated with a Master of Arts in Christian Ethics, a Master of Divinity, and, most recently, a Doctor of Ministry with a specialization in Church Revitalization from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lindsey homeschools their children and runs a furniture refinishing and home decor business, leafandletter. Matt and Lindsey have four children: Kenna, Finnegan, Gunnar, and Duncan. He has been blessed to serve the Lord around the world and has a heart for missions, church revitalization, and Christian leadership. His life verse is:

Micah 6:8 "He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?"  

Rev. Matt Cosner

Associate Pastor

Rev. Matt Cosner has been the Associate Pastor of Eagle Springs Baptist since 2017. Currently, he is bi-vocational and also works at the State Employees Credit Union. He and his wife Laura reside on her family's farm in Eagle Springs along with their three precious dogs, Dixie, Leia and Darla. Matt graduated from UNC Greensboro with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He is currently obtaining his Masters Degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry. He has been married to his beautiful wife Laura for 9 years. Laura runs a private music studio at the Church and also is a professional photographer. Matt feels honored and humbled to be able to lead and serve at such a loving and faithful church. He is deeply passionate about discipleship and teaching.
